Group Yoga - Regular Hatha Yoga for any adult to continue keeping physically, mentally & emotionally fit and to prevent various diseases. Levels may be titled as Gentle, Intermediate, Advanced, All / Mixed Levels. Swati welcomes beginners & non-beginners alike in her all levels classes.


Heart Care Yoga

Heart Care Yoga - Yoga for people who intend to take preventive measures for heart disease and for also those already diagnosed with heart disease and given a written permission by their specialist / physician to undergo this class. Open to All levels. Swati has completed her teacher’s training at the Integral Yoga Institute® which claims that their gentle yoga practice & diet helps to reverse heart disease. This institute is where Dr. Dean Ornish himself researched and found that the Integral Yoga® lifestyle played a huge role in reversal of heart disease.


Back Care Yoga

Back Care Yoga - Yoga for people who intend to take preventive measures for back problems as well as those already having back problems wanting to do safe and gentle yoga specially designed to serve this concern. Open to All levels.

 

Get in Shape Yoga

Get In Shape Yoga – This yoga class is offered upon request as a course class. It is geared to help people maintain their physical, mental & emotional well-being by learning a full yoga regime that includes tips on balanced yoga diet, self-control & weight loss along with specific yoga poses which they can follow easily. In addition, it will help one overcome fear of discomfort to workout with others. Special yoga techniques make one comfortable with achieving a healthy & fit size at the successful completion of the program. You will be required to enroll for a minimum suggested period of time and to regularly attend this class for best results. Open to All levels.

Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga – Inviting parent-child, siblings, friends and couples to explore this fun yoga class done in synchronized symmetrical manner in pairs. Helps the pair to reconnect with one another and rediscover the passion of life together through yoga. Open to All levels for ages 5 & above.


Prenatal yoga

Prenatal Yoga (aka PEA IN POD YOGA) - Modified yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques for pregnancy aids in keeping body fit and supple without harming your body. Learn how to keep your body and mind relaxed and stress free, special techniques to relieve back-aches & various other discomforts of pregnancy & prenatal depression and the art of preparing yourself for the special day step by step through every trimester.


Postnatal yoga

Postnatal Yoga (aka PEA & POD YOGA)– A gentle & efficient way for a mother to get back in shape safely. We want your baby to accompany you to this class!! This way, the Mom learns to work out without neglecting her precious one. Regain your form after delivery, overcome post-partum depression and develop a special bond with your baby.


Prenatal yoga

Baby Yoga - Yoga just for your little one! These are half an hour classes, divided as per baby's age group: 1-4 months; 5-8 months; 9-12 months. Either parent can participate this class with his/her baby. Benefits for baby are - physical & emotional development, colic relief, developing trust & bond with one’s parent, yogic baby massage calms & soothes and last but not the least has lots of fun with the parent.


Little Sprouts Yoga

Lil’ Sprouts Yoga - Yoga just for the preschooler! These are half an hour classes for the preschool kids 2-5 years. At least one parent/guardian is advised to remain present throughout the class time for any assistance your child may need. Early introduction to yoga as a path to healthy, stress free lifestyle is the best gift one can give to a child. Some of the many benefits include - physical & emotional development, relaxes upset attitude, better mind-body awareness and healthy body image early on to prevent obesity as well as extreme & faulty crash diets in later years, healthy food choices with yoga food reminders in this class, committed regular fitness routine to an overall healthy & stress-free yoga lifestyle.


kids yoga

Kids Yoga - Hatha Yoga just for the children aged 5-12 years. Easy, gentle, fun filled yoga poses help children with mental and physical co-ordination, better health, positive body image, improve concentration beneficial for their academic progress, develop self-confidence, strengthen family values such as respect for one another, etc. and thereby builds an overall strong personality to face this competitive world in a stress free manner.


Teen Yoga

Teen Yoga - Hatha Yoga just for the teenagers. Yoga aids mental & physical co-ordination; thereby helps the teen improve concentration, calms the mind, have a healthy body image and food habits, make healthy choices & refrain from self-harming acts & addictions such as drug, smoke & alcohol abuse, have a happy & positive attitude, develop self-confidence & builds an overall strong personality to face this competitive world in a stress-free manner.


Family Yoga

Family Yoga - Yoga for the whole family. Practice yoga as a family recreational activity. A fun thing to do together all year round and reap benefits too ! After all, “A family that does yoga together, stays together”!

BEYOND YOGA CLASSES

These are held upon request and may be organized for a group of individuals or as private sessions.

Basic Level Hatha Yoga Course Class: 20 classes (total 25 hours) includes practical and theory of gentle āsanas (postures), prānāyams (breathing techniques), mudrās (hand gestures), yoga nidrā (deep relaxation) that aids in basic hatha yoga self-practice at the successful completion of the course. Hand-outs included. Text book and other materials not included.

Intermediate Level Hatha Yoga Course Class: 20 classes (total 25 hours) includes practical and theory of traditional and dynamic āsanas (postures) with special breathing rhythms of Shri. Yogendraji, advanced prānāyams (breathing techniques), mudrās (hand gestures), bandhas (locks), yoga nidrā (deep relaxation) that aids in semi-advanced hatha yoga self-practice at the successful completion of the course. Hand-outs included. Text book and other materials not included.
